Rental Terms

General

• Minimum three-day car rental includes:
  • 2 drivers with valid driving licenses, minimum age of 23 years, and 3 years of driving experience
  • Free delivery at designated location.
  • Unlimited mileage
• One-day bookings are accepted only upon availability for returning clients.
• Vehicles must be returned clean and tidy, or a cleaning fee of €30 will be charged.
• Flat tires are to be changed by the client with a spare tire provided in the car.

• If it is a normal puncture we do not charge for the damage but if the tire is torn, a fee is charged to replace the tire.

Payments

• Payments can be made by cash in Euro, USD, GBP, or SCR, or by a valid Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Insurance

• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance coverage is included, with an excess of €2,000.

• For Compact cars, excess can be reduce to €1,000 by paying additional €10 per day or to €500 by paying additional €15 per day

• For SUVs, excess can be reduce to €1,000 by paying additional €20 per day or to €500 by paying additional €25 per day

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy requires a 72-hour (3days) notice for any changes or cancellations to your booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental date may be subject to a fee or forfeit of the deposit, depending on the terms of your reservation.

Fuel Policy

Full-to-Full Policy: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of your rental. We ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.

Refueling Charges: If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when it was rented, a refueling charge will apply. The charge will include the cost of refueling at the current market rate, plus a service fee.

Fuel Refunds: If you return the vehicle with more fuel than provided at pickup, we do not offer fuel refunds.
